Reverend William C. Webb graduated in 1956 from Philander Smith College in Little Rock Arkansas, enrolled at Virginia Union University in Richmond, Virginia and graduated with his Masters of Divinity in June 1959.  Pastor Webb has been married to Violene C. Webb for 40 plus years. Rev. and Sister Webb have two children, Yolanda and Lafayette Webb. They also have one grandchild, Meagan, whom they cherish dearly. Pastor Webb was the pastor of Second Baptist Church for 44 years.
