Pastor Michael L. Randle was born in Chicago, Illinois where he attended Chicago public schools and upon graduating from high school entered the work force before beginning his journey for higher vocational learning. He accepted Christ into his heart in his younger years of life under the spiritual guidance of his mother, Tunisia P. Mason. Pastor Randle was licensed into the gospel ministry in 1984 at Antioch M. B. Church of Argo-Summit, Illinois under the leadership of the late Rev. Elijah Swansey. He started full-time ministry in January of 1997 after 12-years with Chicago Messenger Service, Inc. He served under the leadership of Reverend Marvin E. Wiley, Pastor of Rock of Ages Baptist Church, Maywood, Illinois where he still holds his affiliated membership. Pastor Randle served as Pastor and Chief Administrator of Mission of Faith Baptist Church of Chicago, Illinois. He was the spiritual head of a growing and progressive ministry of over 200 members, which include, a dual volunteer Business Administrative Team, a dual-part time office staff that consists of an Office and Events Coordinator and a Financial Secretary. He leads a group of Ministry Directors, Deacons, Trustees, and Ministry Leaders. Pastor Randle lead the church in worship, teaching, spiritual nurturing, family life enhancement and ministry development. He was the administrative leader in all matters of congregational care. He directed all matters of Christian education and disciple-ship for the church. Pastor Randle completed Moody Bible Institutes Associate's Degree Program in Biblical Studies. He has completed the Pastoral Leadership Training Program through the Southern Baptist Convention's Leadership Urban League. He is also a student and coordinator of the BEC Biblical Expository Teaching and Preaching Program. He is planning to acquire his second degree through Moody's online and independent studies program. Pastor Randle has served on several local, state, and national committees for both the Southern Baptist and *National Baptist Conventions. His spiritual gifts include shepherding, teaching, evangelism, and preaching. He is a proficient writer and lesson planner and he is skilled in long-short range project planning. He is passionate about his family starting with his wife who is the most important person in his life. He is father of two adult sons and their wives and one daughter and grandfather to three darling grandchildren. The names of his children and grandchildren are: Melissia, (Sydney and Tyler), Antoine-Audrey, (Antoine, Jr.), and Michael-Ingvild. *National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc.
