1. Evangelism focused on youth and their families.
The youth department goals are to focus on evangelism to young people and their entire family.

2. Disciple Youth.
We want to build a program through which God is shaping the lives for now, for adulthood and for eternity.

3. Minister to Parents of Youth.
This involves counseling with parents and families. Teenagers are going through a lot of things at this time in their life and we need to teach parents how to relate to their teenagers in areas such as: how to help your teenager choose friends, guiding your teenagers dating life, understanding the changes in puberty, preparing your teenager for college, understanding how teenagers think, helping your teenager relate to authority, looking at chemical abuse, and teaching sex education in the home. We must be and aid to parents of teenagers not a hindrance.

4. Interpret and undergird the work of the church and the denomination.
The youth department must support the other organizations of the church and incorporate the youth with the other organizations of the church because the youth are a part of the body.
