9:00am Worship Service

Thank you for your interest in reserving a spot at our worship service! There are a few things to note as you complete this form:

• Please arrive at the church at least 15 minutes prior to the start of service.
• Our health team will take your temperature along with other pre-screening procedures before service begins. If you do not pass the pre-screening, you will be asked to return home for your safety and the safety of others. *You will be asked your vaccination status to ensure you have the proper CDC recommended mask.
• Masks, face coverings, and social distancing are now optional! Our health team will guide you to a suitable seating area for you.
• We encourage and advise you to use the restrooms in the building before you are seated in the sanctuary.
• After service, you will be escorted out of the building. There will be no congregating in the building for the safety of you and others.
